• Our goal: to provide only the services that you need at a cost that will delight you.  We exist to help you reduce costs and optimize performance of your facilities.  MOR was established in early 2004, after the owner identified there were significant needs in the water and wastewater industry.  After traveling throughout the Midwest, visiting hundreds of operators and hundreds of water and wastewater plants, Mark recognized there was a significant gap between operators and regulators, operators and design engineers, operators and their own decision-makers.  MOR was established to close that gap by providing relevant training that is of the highest quality, access to resources that are second to none, a new
  conduit to communicate, and operator-oriented problem-solving tools.
• Management and Operational Resources is fully owned and operated by Mark Simms from Iowa.  Mark has more than 29 years of hands-on experience in wastewater operations and maintenance.  He possesses Grade IV wastewater and collection systems certificates, the highest attainable in Iowa. He also possess Grade 2 Water Treatment and Distribution certificates in Iowa.  He has a solid, positive, long-standing relationship with regional DNR officials.  His track record of improving the overall efficiency and operation of treatment facilities will be a great asset to you as you look toward improvements you may need to make in your facilities.  He understands the delicate relationships that can exist between a community and industry and works hard to maintain or improve the level of confidence in the water and wastewater operations.  He has a great deal of experience in design review, facility improvements, and upgrades.  He will work with you on current and future water and wastewater improvement projects to ensure you get the best project for the money you spend.
• MOR has access to a number of skilled experts that can solve the most difficult problems.  As a result, you gain access to these experts and resources by virtue of contracting with MOR.
• MOR has relationships with suppliers who know the value of providing quality goods and services at a reduced cost.
